Broxburn Bash offers a peaceful, wooded camp ground with full shower and toilet amenities on site.
The timbered camping area was fully pre booked in 2012.
If you require a campsite for the 2013 Bash, please reserve your camp site now. We are now taking reserverations.
Please print out the map and present the layout to staff at the front gate when arriving on the May weekend.
We have another area available if you are intending to arrive without pre-booking, but can not guarantee availability, so book now.

Campers are requested to purchase weekend gate entry tickets before the event along with their camp sites.

Camp site prices are on the camp site plan.
Campers will not have access to their camp site until gate entry tickets have been purchased. Arm bands are to be worn for the entire weekend. There are no overnight camp sites available.
No access will be permitted in the secured entertainment area after 1.00am each day.
Campers are requested to keep noise to a absolute minimum after 1.00am. Security will be on duty 24 hours a day.
Prices of camp sites
Due to the position of trees, some sites were made larger, and these prices marked on the camping site layout.
Camping will be available from Thursday from 8.00am this year, at a rate of $10.00 per day prior to Friday. Campers must vacate the camp site by the Monday, the 6th of May.
All campers must vacate the grounds by 4.00pm Monday afternoon.
BOOKING DETAILS
Strictly ONE vehicle per site. Campers with multiple vehicles will be asked to purchase an extra site. This ensures emergency and public access is maintained at all times.
Roadways are to be kept clear at all times in the case of a emergancy.
Designated disabled camp sites are available. Campers for these site are asked to ensure disability parking permits are shown on vehicles at all times.
Large caravans are requested to book larger sites.
There is an extra amount of sites dedicated to larger motor homes.
This is not located in the camping area but on separate land next to the bash grounds.
Multiple sites can be booked for groups. Broxburn Bash will endeavour to book immediate surrounding sites where available. Book early!
ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE HELD FOR A MAXIMUM 7 DAYS.
If payment is not received in this time, sites will remain unbooked.
NO BOOKINGS WILL BE TAKEN WITHOUT IMMEDIATE PAYMENT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT.
No Pets are permitted in the Broxburn Bash grounds.
There are no powered sites available, however quiet generators are permitted but MUST be turned off between midnight and 8am.
Camp fires are permitted in drums/barrels only. Campers are asked to supply their own drums and firewood.
Payment must be made within 7 days within booking.
NOTE
Anyone disregarding rules will be asked to vacate the grounds with no refunds.
If a fire is regarded to be too large, we will be asking you to reduce it.
Due to the huge response, we now have more camp sites available on adjoining land.
